In a Holter examination, the ECG recorder continuously records your patient’s heart rhythm. During the Holter analysis, all heartbeats are counted, and in a comprehensive analysis report all arrhythmias are quantified and divided into supraventricular and ventricular. For less frequent symptoms, choose the option of a 7-day Event ECG recording. Your patient’s heart rhythm is recorded continuously. The patient marks a complaint with the push of a button on the ECG recorder and makes an entry in the digital diary. Thus, during the assessment of recording, it can be shown whether there is a correlation between the complaint and a possible cardiac arrhythmia. For long-term Event monitoring, you can also choose the Wearable ECG Recorder. This 1-channel ECG recorder is worn directly on the skin via two slice electrodes. Holter to Home is an additional service where Hartis sends the ECG recorder and other supplies to the patient’s home. This gives you as a GP the opportunity to request a Holter or Event ECG recording without the patient having to come to the GP practice. The patient can perform the examination entirely in the familiar home environment. You can request either a 24-, 48-, or 72-hour Holter recording or a 7-day Event ECG recording. Requesting a Holter at Home involves no additional cost to both the home practice and the patient. To perform a resting ECG, Hartis will lend you a 12-lead resting ECG recorder and associated cables. Upon commissioning, we provide extensive training to ensure optimal ECG recording. You will receive a login for the Hartis Portal in which you can securely upload the Resting ECG. Our cardiologist will provide the ECG with a conclusion and advice. Usually the resting ECG is reviewed the same day and other overnight so that you have the result in your HIS the next morning. The 24-hour home blood pressure reading is preset to your specifications and sent to the patient’s home. This eliminates the need for the patient to come to the practice and allows the measurement to be taken in their own familiar surroundings. The process runs smoothly through ZorgDomein and involves no additional costs. <\/p>\n
