\n\t\tHolter at home service\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

At Hartis, we understand that not everyone can easily come to the practice. Therefore, through our Holter at Home service, we offer the opportunity to perform Holter- Event ECG recording in your familiar home environment. If you are experiencing palpitations, dizziness, shortness of breath or other symptoms, your primary care physician can request a Holter at Home for you. <\/p>\n

After receiving the request, Hartis will contact you by phone to arrange a date for us to send the medical mailbox package. In this package, in addition to the ECG recorder and clear instructions, you will find all the supplies you need to perform the examination at home. The ECG recorder continuously records your heart rhythm for a number of days determined by the doctor. After performance, you will return the ECG recorder and other materials in the provided return envelope, with all costs already paid. Hartis will send the results to the family physician. \n\t\tThe basics, how does it work?\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t

Request<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t

The general practitioner makes a request for an
diagnostic examination through ZorgDomein or the
Hartis Portal.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\"\"\n\t\t\t

Connecting<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t

A practice staff member will help you
hook up the device, or you can do this
yourself because you received a mailbox package
containing all the supplies.<\/p>\n\t\t\t

Registration<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t

The doctor has determined how long you will wear the
device. You will always receive a
diary to keep during
the examination. On this you will note complaints
and activities and the time of day. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\"\"\n\t\t\t

Submit<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t

After you have worn the device,
return it to the
practice, or return everything in the
return envelope provided.
This only applies if you
received a home package.<\/p>\n\t\t\t

Hartis securely receives all files
and proceeds to analyze and review them.
After Hartis receives the file,
the practice will receive the assessment within 2 to 3
